Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu has resigned as auditor of Iatia Limited as a result of a competitive tender for audit services.

Deloitte was appointed auditor of Iatia Limited at the 2006 AGM following the merger of BDO, Iatia’s previous auditor, with Deloitte in August 2006.

Deloitte’s resignation will be effective from Iatia’s AGM on 29 November 2007.

Pursuant to section 327C of the Corporations Act 2001, the Directors will shortly be appointing BDO Kendalls Audit & Assurance (NSW – VIC) Pty Ltd as Iatia’s auditor until Iatia’s 2008 AGM at which time a shareholder resolution will be sought to appoint an auditor.
